The R&D core management team of the company is led by the Chinese American (native to Guangxi Province) scientist,  Guiqing Huang, a postdoctoral fellow of Harvard University, and Mo Youde, a postdoctoral fellow of Columbia University. Together with the academicians of Tsinghua University, Peking University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and relevant research talents in this field, with the help of a group of experts such as the senior professor of lithium ion battery at MIT, the company has completed the key technology and equipment and obtained 6 US and 1 European invention patents, Five Chinese invention patents and more than 40 utility model patents were authorized.
